Randy Hammon, Founder of My Retirement Coach, Inc., resides in Laguna Niguel, California, with his wife Crystal, two Labradors and a Maltese. They have four sons, including Brandon Hammon, who is an associate of My Retirement Coach in the areas of retirement plan design and real estate equity management. Brandon is also the company’s private pilot.

Randy played professional baseball for eleven years, and received his Business Degree from Loyola University of Los Angeles. He also did his MBA work at Loyola. He is an avid golfer [not great but avid!], and passionately enjoys following all the sports and social activities of his children. He enjoys travel with his wife and family. He also welcomes the opportunity to be a solution to people’s needs and financial dilemmas as God brings them across his path.

Randy has successfully translated the disciplines and winning attitudes learned in professional sports and has developed a unique coaching style to the financial and retirement planning marketplace called THE MY RETIREMENT COACH PROCESS. He has spent over 28 years assisting individuals and families in identifying what things in life are most important to them in order that they can make Risk-Free decisions to Secure their Financial Future.
